1. Find old accounts: search your email for "welcome" / "verify" / "confirm" emails. Check haveibeenpwned.com for breach exposure.
2. Delete unused accounts: prioritize ones with personal info (name, address, phone). Use account deletion directories (justdelete.me).
3. Clean up social media: remove old posts, photos with location data, personal details from profiles. Consider deleting accounts entirely.
4. Check what Google shows: search your name + email + phone. Use Google's "Results about you" tool to request removal of personal info.
