Send a short note to lbr8tech@proton.me. A few lines are enough — tell me what you're trying to do and where you're stuck.
Optional human help
Consult
The protocol cards and wiki are built so you can move at your own pace. If you want a person after you've explored them, that help is available — and it stays low-pressure, coming after the self-guided path, not before it.
What I help with
I work with people to build open-source, privacy-protecting workflows that replace corporate intermediaries. The focus is on practical implementation — not theory, not a sales pitch.
- Self-hosting migrations — moving off Google, Meta, and cloud-only services onto your own infrastructure (Jellyfin, Miniflux, AdGuardHome, Nextcloud, etc.)
- Privacy hardening — DNS-level ad/tracker blocking, encrypted communications, browser hardening, network segmentation
- AI agent setup — self-hosted AI assistants, intentional consumption systems, automated content curation
- Device liberation — de-Googled phones, open-source firmware, ethically produced hardware
- Architecture review — a second set of eyes on your existing setup, with practical next steps
Not sure where you fit? Start with the protocol cards — they map the path from basics to full sovereignty. If you get stuck or want guidance, that's what this is for.
Pay what you will
If this is useful, pay what feels right. No minimum, no tiered packages. If you can't pay, that's fine — the self-guided resources are free and always will be. If you can, it helps me keep building.
How to reach me
Signal
If you prefer Signal, say so in your email and the number will be sent back to you.
No pressure to follow up. If self-guided work is enough, that is the point.
